What is MackOps?
MackOps is job management and publishing software for trade crews and agencies, built in Toronto by Makacek Media. It follows one job from the first booking to the finished post: book the job, assign the crew, keep the client in the loop, get approval on the photos, then publish.
For trade crews, it runs the day from a phone, with the day’s jobs, checklists and photos, and gives each client a portal for job updates. For agencies, it gives clients a portal to review a post, approve it or request changes, with revisions kept on the post.
Publishing to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Google Business Profile is live. TikTok and LinkedIn are rolling out. Early access plans start from $100 USD per month for trade crews and $250 USD per month for agencies, plus applicable taxes.
